Standing on the shoulders and the back of the head

Standing on the shoulders and the back of the head Standing on the head

Standing vertically on the shoulders with palms on the back in Salamba Sarvangasana I (Photo 276). With an exhalation, straighten both arms and lower them to the floor behind the back at shoulder width, thereby changing position to Salamba Sarvangasana II (Photo 277). With an inhalation, radially, in the plane of the same shoulder, raise one straight arm up along the body. Then, with an exhalation, put it on the floor behind the head (Photo 278). Thereafter, with an inhalation, on the reverse trajectory raise the same arm along the body, and, with an exhalation, return it to the floor behind the back in Salamba Sarvangasana II Photo 277). Thereafter, repeat the same movements with the other arm. After that, in the plane of the same-side shoulders, with an inhalation simultaneously raise both straight arms to the sides of the body, thereby changing position to Niralamba Sarvangasana II (Photo 279). Then, with an exhalation, put the arms on the floor behind the head at shoulder width, thereby changing the position to Niralamba Sarvangasana I (Photo 280). Then, with an inhalation, following reversed trajectory, raise both arms upward along the body in Niralamba Sarvangasana II (Photo 277). After that, with an exhalation, radially through the sides lower both straight arms to the floor at the sides, level with the shoulders in Niralamba Sarvangasana III (Photo 281), and, with an exhalation, continuing this motion, place the hands behind the back and fix them on the floor at shoulder width in Salamba Sarvangasana II (Photo 277). From this position, bend the arms in the elbows, place the palms behind the back, returning to the initial position standing in Salamba Sarvangasana I (Photo 276).
