Standing in a longitudinal pass with the first leg forward and bent at approximately 90 degrees (Photo 274). With an exhalation, turn 90 degrees to the second side, changing the position to a transverse pass on the first leg (Photo 275). Then inhale,and turn 90 degrees to the other side, returning to the initial position, standing in a longitudinal pass, the first leg ahead and bent at approximately 90 degrees (Photo 274). After that, perform the same movements on the other side, with the other leg bent, and return to the initial position.
