1.1.1. Standing on straight legs (Photo 268). With an exhalation, step backward with the second leg to make a longitudinal pass, simultaneously bending the knee of the front leg at approximately 90 degrees (Photo 269). Then, with an inhalation, make a reverse step and bring the back leg forward, moving it into the initial position, standing on straight legs (Photo 268).

1.1.2. Standing on straight legs (Photo 268). With an exhalation, step forward with the first leg to make a longitudinal pass, simultaneously bending the knee of the front leg at approximately 90 degrees (Photo 269). Then, with an inhalation, make a reverse step with the front leg backward, moving it into the initial position, standing on straight legs (Photo 268).
