Standing on the hands standing on one hand and one foot

Standing on the hands standing on one hand and one foot

From Adho Mukha Vrikshasana, standing vertically on the palms with legs kept straight and spread wide apart (Photo 264), exhale, lower one and the another straight leg to the first side and change the position to Ardha Chandrasana, (lying on the side on one straight arm and one straight leg) (Photo 265). Inhale in this position, and then, with an exhalation, swing the raised leg, lowering it down to the floor (Photo 266), and, with an inhalation, strongly swing this leg upward in the vertical plane, using the inertia of its motion to take the supporting leg off the floor and change the position to the initial Adho Mukha Vrikshasana, (standing vertically on the palms with legs kept straight and spread wide apart) (Photo 267).
