Sitting on the floor with legs kept straight, fold the legs in Lotus. Breathing freely, put the hands on the floor in front of you at shoulder width, shift the center of gravity ahead, lift the buttocks off the floor and raise up on the knees (Photo 261). Inhaling, shift the center of gravity onto the arms, and at the same time powerfully use the abdominal press and shoulder muscles to lift the knees off the floor. Balancing on the hands, raise the body to vertical and stabilize the balance (Photo 262). Without any delay, exhale and powerfully use the straight muscles of the back and the buttock muscles to raise Lotus upward, thereby changing position to «Padma Adho Mukha Vrikshasana» (stand on the palms with Lotus kept vertical) (Photo 263). From this position, exhaling, smoothly and slowly lower Lotus towards the abdomen (Photo 262). Without any delay, smoothly put the knees on the floor, thereby changing position to the initial one, i. e., standing on the palms and the knees with legs folded in Lotus on the floor (Photo 261). After that, sit on the floor, release the legs and straighten them out in front of you.
