Sitting on the floor, fold the legs in Lotus. Then breathing naturally, place the hands on the floor in front of you. Shift the center of gravity forward, lift the buttocks off the floor and raise Lotus into the vertical position, resting on the knees. Bend forward and place the hands and forearms on the floor at the shoulder width (Photo 258). In this position, with an exhalation, shift the center of gravity onto the arms, powerfully use the muscles of the shoulders and the abdominal press to lift the knees off the floor and draw them under the armpits moving them along the arms, while standing on the forearms (Photo 259). Inhaling, powerfully use the straight muscles of the back and the muscles of the buttocks to lift the knees off the arms. Then with an exhalaation, raise the Lotus upward, changing position to Padma Pincha Majurasana, i. e., standing on the forearms with Lotus (Photo 260). Inhale in this position, and, with an exhalation, lower the knees until they are under the armpits (Photo 259). Without any delays, smoothly return to the initial position, standing on the forearms and the knees with Lotus kept vertical (Photo 258).
