Standing vertically on the hands in Adho Mukha Padma Vrikshasana with straight legs drawn wide apart (Photo 255). Exhaling, smoothly lower the legs towards the chest (Photo 256) and slowly place them under the shoulders. Turn the spine to the vertical position, keep the pelvis as low as possible without letting it touch the floor. The head and feet should be raised as high as possible, thereby changing the position to Tittibhasana (Photo 257). Inhale in this position, turn the spine again, and simultaneously, without touching the floor, lean the head, chest and feet forward. Now lift the pelvis upward. Then, without any delay, powerfully use the straight muscles of the back and the buttock muscles to push the thighs off of the shoulders (Photo 256) and, with an exhalation, smoothly raise the straight legs upward, returning to the initial position, standing vertically on the hands in Adho Mukha Padma Vrikshasana (Photo 255).
