Exhaling, slowly lower the spread legs down towards the chest (Photo 252) and smoothly place the feet on the floor (Photo 253). Then spread them as wide apart as possible, thereby changing position to «Sama Konasana» (transverse split) (Photo 254). Inhale in this position, lift the pelvis off the floor, simultaneously drawing straight legs on the floor towards each other (Photo 253). Without any delay, shift the center of gravity onto the arms and take the toes off the floor (Photo 252). With an exhalation, powerfully use the straight muscles of the back and the buttock muscles to smoothly raise the straight legs. Keeping them wide apart, return to the initial position, standing vertically on the hands in «Adho Mukha Padma Vrikshasana» (Photo 251).
