Standing vertically on the hands in Adho Mukha Padma Vrikshasana (Photo 245). Exhale, smoothly lower one, and then the other leg towards the chest. Both legs should be kept straight (Photo 246). Without touching the floor, slowly move the first leg between the arms, and then lower the pelvis onto the floor, thereby changing position to Hanumasana (longitudinal split) (Photo 247). Inhale in this position, and, with an exhalation, lift the pelvis off the floor, draw the feet on the floor towards each other, reducing distance between them (Photo 248). Without stopping, move the center of gravity onto the arms and lift the straight legs off the floor smoothly joining them as they move upward (Photo 249). With an exhalation, raise the legs to the initial position, standing vertically in Adho Mukha Padma Vrikshasana (Photo 250).
