Standing vertically on the hands in Adho Mukha Padma Vrikshasana (Photo 242). Exhale, smoothly lower the body while bending the legs in the knees (Photo 243) and sit on the floor on the knees in Virasana (Photo 244). Inhale in this position, shift the center of gravity onto the arms and powerfully use the muscles of the shoulders and the back to lift the bent legs off the floor (Photo 243). With an exhalation, use the buttock muscles to raise the legs back up and straighten them in the knees, returning to the initial vertical position, Adho Mukha Padma Vrikshasana (Photo 242).
