From Adho Mukha Vrikshasana (vertical stand on the palms) (Photo 235) exhale, bend the legs in the knees (Photo 236), lower the thighs to the chest (Photo 237) and put the knees on the arms under the armpits, thereby changing the position to Bakasana (Photo 238). Inhale in this position, and, standing and balancing on the hands, powerfully use the muscles of the shoulders and back to take the knees off the arms (Photo 237). Lift the body and bent legs to a vertical line (Photo 236). Exhaling, use the buttock muscles to straighten the legs upward and return to the initial position Adho Jukha Vrikshasana (Photo 235).
