Standing vertically on the head and the palms in Salamba Shirshasana II (Photo 233). Exhale, bend the legs in the knees, lower them to the side of the chest and support the knees under the armpits. Then without the legs touching the floor, lift the head off the floor, and straighten the arms in the elbows as much as possible, thereby changing the position to Bakasana (Photo 234). Inhale in this position, and, with an exhalation, bend the arms in the elbows, put the head back on the floor in front of you. With an inhalation, use the muscles of the shoulders, back and legs to take the knees off the arms. Straighten the body and legs upward into a vertical line and return to the initial vertical position, standing in Salamba Shirshasana II (Photo 233).
