Standing vertically on the palms with fingers facing backward in Adho Mukha Vridshasana (Photo 230). Exhale, lean the legs back and the pelvis towards the chest, thereby creating a slightly bent back. Strain all the muscles of the legs, torso and neck and firmly fix this position of the body. Then bend the arms in the elbows (Photo 231) and lower the fixed body to the horizontal position as smoothly and slowly as possible, thereby changing the position to Majurasana (Photo 232).
