Standing on the knees and the toes standing in push-up position on bent arms, knees and toes

Standing on the knees and the toes standing in push-up position on bent arms, knees and toes Standing on straight legs standing in push-up position on bent arms

Standing on the knees and the toes, raise straight arms and stretch them in front of the body at shoulder width (Photo 210). The wrists should be bent, so as to make the palms face forward with the fingers pointing upward. Constricting all the muscles of the legs, torso and neck simultaneously, firmly fix this position of the body. With an inhalation, shift the center of gravity center ahead and fall forward onto the palms as smoothly as possible. Bend the arms, after touching the floor with the palms, and use the arm muscles to control the fall as much as possible, thereby changing the position to lying face down on bent arms, knees and toes (Photo 211). Inhale in this position, and, with an exhalation, use a powerful impulse to straighten the arms and push off the floor. Raise the fixed body upwards, and balancing, stop in the initial position standing on the knees and toes, straight arms stretched in front of you at the shoulder width (Photo 210).
