Stand on the hands in «Adho Mukha Vrikshasana» with legs straight and stretched wide to the sides (Photo 139). Exhaling, turn the spine, pelvis and legs to the first side in «Parivritta Pada Adho Jukha Vrikshasana» (Photo 140) and, inhaling follow the reverse trajectory to return them back to the initial position «Adho Mukha Vrikshasana» (Photo 139). With the subsequent exhalation, make the same turn and do «Parivritta Pada Adho Jukha Vrikshasana» to the second side (Photo 141) and return to the initial position «Adho Mukha Vrikshasana» again (Photo 139), etc.
