Stand on the shoulders in Salamba Sarvangasana (Photo 133) with straight legs stretched wide to the sides. Exhaling, turn the spine, pelvis and legs to the first side in Parivritta Pada Salamba Sarvangasana (Photo 134) and, with an inhalation, return them to the initial position Salamba Sarvangasana with the legs stretched to the sides (Photo 133). With a subsequent exhalation, make the same turn to Parivritta Pada Salamba Sarvangasana (Photo 135) and return to the initial position Salamba Sarvangasana with legs stretched to the sides (Photo 133), etc.
