Sitting on the floor on the thighs, with straight legs widely spread to the sides in «Upavishtha Konasana», and arms stretched to the sides level with the shoulders (Photo 118). Exhaling, turn the shoulders and the head to the first side around a vertical axis, and, lowering the arms, grip the thigh of the second leg with the first hand, and the thigh of the first leg with the second hand (Photo 119). Inhaling, raise the arms on the reversed trajectory, and return to the initial position (Photo 118). With another exhalation, turn to the opposite side in exactly the same fashion (Photo 120). Then, inhaling, return to the initial position again (Photo 118), etc.
