PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

This program will be taught by Venerable Lama Phuntsok Rimpoche and Khenpo Chogye.
Lama Phuntsok will teach in Tibetan language with translation into English and Russian
Khenpo Chogye will teach in English with translation into Russian

THIS PROGRAM PURPOSE

This program in designed for the two categories of the people:

1. People interested in Buddhist’s philosophy and Vajrayana practices studies.
2. People, practicing and teaching different types of Yoga now days and constantly diling with some concepts related to the Hinduist’s or Buddhist’s philosophies and practice methods, but who do not academically understand the real difference between the Hindu’s and Buddhist’s philosophies and practice methods.
So, this program will clarify very well these particular differences and will develop conscious understanding of every participant of this program of what type of Yoga do they personally follow, practice and teach.

QUALIFICATION

The participants of this program who will take a part in this program fully and who will successfully pass all the exams during this program, will get an official Karma Lekshey Ling Institute Certificates of Buddhist’s Yoga Acharya. And they will have rights to teach any materials of this program to their students without certification of them.

NOTE!

There is no obligation for the participants of this program to become Buddhist’s, to take a part in this program, to graduate it, and to get the Certificates on the base of this program at the end.

DAILY SCHEDULE

The program Buddha Yoga Acharya will last totally 3 years and it will consist of 3 parts 30 + 9 (exams optional) = 39 days each.
There will be one such part per a year offline, and once per a quarter meetings online, for the answers at the questions, during every year.

During 39 days of one year program:
1st-30th days will be have every day 8 hours theory studies and 2 hours of practice
31st-39th days will be 3 exams one by one (optional)
31st-32nd, 34th-35th, and 37th-38th days - self-prepations for exams
33rd and 36th days of theory exams, and 39th day is the practice exam
40th day - answers at the questions and one year participation certification (optional)

The theory part of this program will consist of 720 hours of studies with the teachers and the practice part will consist of 180 hours of self-practice. There also will be at list 150 hours of theory self-studies during preparation for exams. And at list 30 hours of online teaching during 3 years between the main offline parts of the program. So, the program will consist of totally 1080 hours of education and it is equal to the one year of the high education in the University. There will be also a lot of personal practices at home during the 3 years of this program and the time of these individual practices depends of the students dedication and discipline of practice. But the total time of the practice during 3 years potentially can be approximately additional 1000 hours, if to practice 2 hours only every second day during 3 years.

ACCOMODATION

Students will live in double rooms of the the monastery “Joyful Guest House” and they will be provided with cooked vegetarian food in the Guest House dining room.

Price of the accommodation and food US$20/day and it will US$600 for the 30 days of taking a part in the main study program participation. And it will be additionally US$200 during 10 days of the examination (optional).

EDUCATION EEXPENSES

1. Payment for the teaching is based on the personal donations and it is not limited.
2. Copies of the study books are not expensive, but they will be for additional coast and the exact price will be known during copying of them in Nepal right before the program beginning. Students can by these books only if they want and they can not have this small expenses at all, if they don’t need these study books.
3. Price of translator from Tibetan to English is in process of negotiation with translator now. and this price will be equally divided between all the students taking a part in the program. To be announced when negotiation will be finalized.
4. Please do not by your air tickets until the minimum group of 15 students will be collected. And we will inform you about it one month before the program beginning - at July 20th.
